Angelina Jolie-Pitt Bans Children From Acting? How Does Actress Explain Her Nude Scenes To Her Kids?
Angelina Jolie-Pitt reportedly prohibited her children from pursuing acting as she only realized lately that her kids are already too curious to see R-rated films, probably including her nude scenes in the past.
Recently, Angelina's four children-Pax, 12, Zahara,12, Shiloh,9 and Knox,7-were part of the voice characters in "Kung Fu Panda 3."
During a joint interview with Morgan Radford in Today, Jolie and Black talked about their youngsters joining the film.
"What I think was so sweet about it was that they took it very seriously," Jolie said. "They came in and they said, 'I don't know if I can do this!'"
While the experience may be good for the kids, Angelina Jolie hoped that her children won't get bitten by the acting bug and pursue a career in Hollywood. Along with her husband, Brad Pitt, she said they want the kids to explore the world more.
"We've always said, if they're gonna be actors, I hope they do something and then be actors," the "Maleficent" star explained.
Jolie, who plays Tigress in "Kung Fu Panda 3," shared to Us Weekly that she's very grateful to be part of the franchise.
"I think anything that comes from such a good place is very special. And the intention of this is to do something for children," she said. "It's relatable for everybody, but it is for children and it has beautiful messages of embracing who you are, being a family, loyalty, understanding all types of family."
But there's one thing that continues to haunt Angelina Jolie, and that is her children growing up and now exposed to her previous movies in the past when she did nude scenes.
"You think the kids know nothing, and then you find out they're like, 'Oh yeah, seen it.' That happened like four years ago," she told People.
The Oscar winner referenced her eldest son, Maddox,14, who probably seen some movies that are too young to see such as Jack Black's "School of "Rock."
"My oldest especially loves Jack's music. He's introduced him to a few words, few thoughts," she noted.
Indeed, Angelina Jolie has a reason to worry about her children watching R-rated films as the actress has done a number of nude scenes in the past such as in films like "Gia," "Hackers" and the "Original Sin."
