Big Bang Joins Elite Super Rich Club With 40 Billion Won Estimated Net Worth

K-pop boy band sensation Big Bang had what it takes to be in the elite club of the super rich and most influential. With an estimated total net worth of 40 billion won, they are set to join the classiest and flashiest club of extremely rich people in the world. 

Big Bang's massive international success has earned them the ticket to be in the lineup of richest people. During their world tour last year, the K-pop boy band's Los Angeles show at the Staples Center was tagged by Billboard magazine as one of the top 10 highest-grossing concerts in the world. According to K-pop Herald, the show has successfully garnered a total of 2.1 billion won of ticket sales and has drawn over 13,361 fans. 

Big Bang's leader, G-Dragon, also known as Kwon Ji-yong is reported to have approximately 15 billion won of personal net worth which is 3 billion won more than that of the U.S. Celebrity Net Worth website

According to the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA), G-Dragon, who composes lyrics of his songs, had a whooping 790 million won worth in royalties back in  2013 and earns about 800 million won every year. As of today, G-Dragon has 160 songs registered under his name.

His earnings in the entertainment industry allowed him to invest over 4.3 billion won in real estate. He also has around 10 billion won worth of earnings from concerts and album sales back in 2013. 

Big Bag's financial success is not limited and attributed to G-Dragon only. The boy band's other members has net worths that amounts to over 25 billion won. 

Celebrity Net Worth revealed that Seungri, also known as Lee Seung-hyun and Taeyang, or Dong Young-bae, are worth 3.6 billion won and 12 billion won respectively. 

The boy band's The Big Bang 2015 World Tour that launched in April last year to over 15 different countries amassed 140 billion won in ticket sales. 

The group's net worth is seen to increase even more as their music continues to rise in international charts.
