Miley Cyrus And Taylor Swift Dominate 'Celebs Gone Good' List; Feud Officially Over?
It's been months since Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift got into that awkward feud with Nicki Minaj. Remember MTV Video Music Awards when Nicki Minaj threw major shade on the former Disney star after her Twitter feud with the "Bad Blood" crooner?
Because of that very public diss, the two have been rumored to be not in good terms with each other. On top of that, the "Wrecking Ball" singer said in an interview that she had no interest whatsoever to be in Swift's squad.
"I'm not trying to be in the squad." Miley Cyrus told The New York Times. "None of my friends are famous and not because of any other reason than I just like real people who are living real lives because I'm inspired by them."
Feud or not, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift have one thing in common now, they have both been listed in the "Celebs Gone Good" list put together by DoSomething.org.
According to Teen Vogue, the former earned the number 2 spot in the said list for launching her non-profit organization, Happy Hippie Foundation, which aims to empower and help LGBT teens.
"All these things that I do get all this attention," Cyrus said of why she started the organization. "But then what do I do once I have everyone's attention?"
"No one should have to hide who they really are, no matter what his or her name, gender or status," the "Wrecking Ball" singer said in a separate interview. "That's why Happy Hippies are here to say that every life is valuable!"
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift was named number 1 celebrity do-gooder for her charitable donations to various New York schools, the Seattle Symphony and a handful of fans who needed help.
Other artists included in the 2015 "Top 20 Celebs Gone Good" list are Beyonce, Angelina Jolie-Pitt, John Cena, Zendaya, John Legend & Chrissy Teigen, Viola Davis, Amy Schumer and Demi Lovato.
