Chris Brown Latest News: Police Drops Charges; Alleged Battery Had Little To No Evidence!
The latest news about Chris Brown has his fans jumping for joy as charges against him were officially dropped. The charge involved the singer allegedly beating a Brazilian model earlier this month.
As reported previously by Latino Fox News, Brown was pressed with charges by model Liziana Gutierrez for allegedly beating her up in Las Vegas early this month.
According to TMZ, Brown's case has been dropped because the police had little evidence to prove that he assaulted Gutierrez at a party right after the New Year. The "Yeah X3" singer ever since denied the allegations that he punched the Brazilian model when she attempted to take a picture of him.
Gutierrez told the news that she attended the party hosted by Brown and was able to slip her phone in at the party without the security noticing. She also told TMZ that he just blew steam, "yelling, taking her phone and punching her one in the right eye" right after when Brown saw the model snapped a picture.
"Obviously, someone is looking to get a check or start some s--t," the singer said in his profanity-filled Instagram video, which he deleted soon after. "I don't know this old-looking b---h. This b---h is old, like dusty. Look at her in the Jason Derulo video. Like, she came to Vegas, she probably came to my room and was too ugly to get in."
While Chris Brown has been on the news because of Gutierrez, the singer is only the latest artist to have hit heads with the Brazilian looker. Back in August, Jason Derulo also had to face the authorities after Gutierrez didn't make the cut at his after-party. She then claimed he attempted to have the women who did attend to do some nasty stuff. All these claims were junked.
Chris Brown may be happy with the latest news but Gutierrez hasn't said a word yet so far.
