Chris Soules counted his ex-fiancée, Whitney Bischoff, as part of his "incredible" 2015. Meanwhile, "The Bachelor" star remains one of the most googled personalities in his home state of Iowa.

Soules posted a photo collage on his Twitter account that said, "This has been the most incredible year of my life, thank you to my family & friends. Cheers to 2016! #newyearseve."

Although "The Bachelor" star said that he's in good terms with ex Whitney Bischoff, there's a good chance that Chris Soules' ex-fiancée missed the tweet.

"Their friendship doesn't include Twitter. The Iowa Farmer and the fertility nurse do not follow each other on the social media site, so it's possible she doesn't even know about this 'thank you' tweet," Star Pulse noted.

Though Bischoff was said to have moved on with her alleged boyfriend, Ricky Angel, her former fling is back in Iowa enjoying his single life.

Soules still got a lot of love from his hometown because even if it's he was already replaced as "The Bachelor" by Ben Higgins, Prince Farming is still one of the most searched people in Iowa through giant search engine, Google.

"The interest makes sense given the presence of Chris Soules as a contestant of one and the star of another," claimed The Des Moines Register.

Whitney Bischoff dropped out of the limelight after she broke up with Chris Soules. "The Bachelor" 2015, meanwhile, has hopped from one show to another, allegedly to jump start his fledging career.

Nevertheless, Soules has gone back to farming after the split from Bischoff and is enjoying the simple things back at home in Iowa. "The Bachelor" star also seems to renew his advocacy of raising awareness on the importance of food sustainability.

"Shockingly, 48 million Americans struggle with hunger each year. That's a lot of mouths to feed," he said, adding that he's linked up with Feeding America and Invest An Acre foundations to help reverse that trend.
