Kaitlyn Bristowe Feels Weird About Breakup Rumors With Shawn Booth; ‘Bachelorette’ Couple Not Rushing Wedding?

Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth have long been engaged but they are taking their sweet time with the wedding, even as the breakup rumors continue to hound the "Bachelorette" couple.

"I think if you read the headlines, it's like, 'They've broken up,' but then if you actually read the article they're like, 'Just kidding, they haven't,' It's really weird," Bristowe said during an interview with Chris Harrison on "Bachelor Live."

"But yeah, we're good," she added.

Bristowe has been taking the bait dangled by the tabloids and fans by responding to the breakup rumors.

When a fan asked on Twitter one time when they were not together, "The Bachelorette" reality star simply explained, "Because we are in different cities."

In another instance, Kaitlyn Bristowe bristled at the idea that she's only engaged to Shawn Booth, along with planning a wedding, for fame and money. But "The Bachelorette" star directly addressed a fan, per International Business Times, "Shame on you for believing that crap!"

Accordingly, Bristowe is happy to have found her soulmate in Booth.

"He is my type to a T," she said as reported in Huffington Post. "Everyone asked us how it was going to be when the fancy extravagant dates were over and the cameras were off, and we both agreed that we couldn't wait for that. It has only gotten better."

In an interview with ET Canada, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth belied all the split rumors as "The Bachelorette" couple insisted that their wedding plans are pushing through.

"Well, we say to them, 'Your relationship might not work either' but we don't focus on that!" Kaitlyn said.

Meanwhile, Bristowe and Booth have agreed to take their time in planning the wedding.

"I don't know if you guys know, but it's quite rushed on the show," she was quoted by Hollywood Take as saying. "So we're not rushing anything right now, because we're so happy. We have all of our life."
