Ariana Grande recently gave out interesting details regarding the release of her new album for 2016 on "Jimmy Kimmel Live."

"A really long time ago, I was convinced it was going to be called 'Moonlight' because it was one of my favorite songs I did for the album," the singer told Kimmel. "And now, as we're wrapping things up, of course I've been writing and singing and we're at the final stretch. I don't know, I think maybe [they like it] because I liked it, I don't know if they really did or not."

Grande continued to tease her album, which is expected to be entitled "Moonlight," on her Twitter post that the album will be released the soonest.

According to MTV, the pop star also replied to one of her fans' Tweet last January 11, saying that she'll be releasing "Be Alright" 10 days or less from that time. Would this also be the release date of her third album?

Ariana Grande's statement on the show hinted that there is a possibility of her dropping another song under her highly-anticipated "Moonlight" album that greatly affected her.

"But now there's this other song that's thrown me for a whirlwind and I love it so much and it's just sort of changed everything. I don't know if I want to share it yet because they haven't heard any of it yet," she said.

The singer added, "The thing with 'Moonlight' was I let them hear a little bit of it. I love them a lot - I do have to be a little careful!"

January 2016 has been rumored to be the release date of Ariana Grande's third album. After four songs have been listed to be on the said album ("Intro," "Focus," "Moonlight," and "Be Alright"), fans are now expecting it to be out within the month. Stay tuned for more updates here.
