'Blue Bloods' Season 6 Spoilers: Frank Reagan Set To Face A Case Involving An NYPD Retiree In Episode 13

Following the last episode of "Blue Bloods" season 6, the upcoming episode will come into view with Frank Reagan, played by Tom Selleck, as he takes over another complicated case that involves a newly retired NYPD lieutenant.
As noted by the synopsis, the new episode titled "Stomping Grounds" will be pointed to an NYPD commissioner who would be dealing with a crime that he obtained against a highly respected police officer who has just retired from the service.
"When a well-regarded, newly retired NYPD lieutenant is accused of shooting a group of potential muggers on the subway and then disappears, Frank must deal with the fallout." the synopsis reads, according to CarterMatt. "Also, when a drug dealer returns to Baez's old neighborhood, she and Danny must figure out how to arrest him for a murder that Baez witnessed as a child."
Moreover, though Frank is shown thanking this police retiree for his years of service, he later found out that this he was responsible for shooting a group of subway passengers and just hid after committing the crime.
While the NYPD commissioner is in his best effort to make him pay for his crime, it was said that the suspect is also doing everything to flee from his criminal charges and would even put his colleagues in danger to save himself.
Frank Reagan as the lead character in the hit procedural television series "Blue Bloods," is a police commissioner with three children Danny, played by Donnie Wahlberg, Erin, played by Bridget Moynahan, and Jamie, played by Will Estes.
The first season aired in early September 2010 with nearly 13 million viewers. The fifth season finished airing last May 2015 with nearly 14 million viewers, and during the same month, the sixth instalment has been officially renewed and began airing in late September.
