'Big Bang Theory' Spoiler: Sheldon’s 'Mee-Maw' Joins Season 9 While Amy Leaves Him Again?
The latest "Big Bang Theory" spoilers have been released online and it seems that Season 9, episode 13 will be full of surprises as Sheldon's "Mee-Maw" will finally make an appearance and Amy will reportedly leave him once again.
For years since the series began, Sheldon Cooper's character has talked about his "Mee-Maw" a.k.a. his beloved grandmother who baked him Christmas cookies, sang him "Soft Kitty" and rubbed vaporub on his chest whenever he would get sick.
Despite his apparent fondness for his "Mee-Maw," fans of the series have never seen her. However, things are about to change in the upcoming season.
According to reports, "The Big Bang Theory" executives decided to get actress June Squibb to be Sheldon's maternal grandmother.
"Details on what Mee-Maw will be up to are being kept under wraps, but Squibb will appear in an episode slated for February," Entertainment Weekly reported.
Squibb's appearance will mark the 200th episode of the show, according to showrunner Steve Molaro, who previously acknowledge that fans are expecting something "special" during the said episode.
Meanwhile, on "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 13 spoiler, Sheldon goes on an apology spree after Leonard, Rajesh, Howard, Bernadette and Emily have decided to fly to Las Vegas for a week to avoid Sheldon, who had a bad cold.
"You know how when you are sick you are allowed to be cranky and say whatever you want and other people's feelings don't matter?" Sheldon asked Amy via Skype. "I had a 101 fever. If that is not a time to verbally abuse my loved ones, when is?"
Amy then revealed the real reason why she went to a neurobiology conference in Detroit (or at least, the reason why she delayed going home to Pasadena afterwards).
"Sheldon, when you are sick, you can be unbearable," she told her boyfriend. "That is why your friends have been known to work late, or sneak out to the movies ... or stay at neurobiology conference three days after it has ended."
Ducking out of the conversation, Amy's character immediately dismissed the conversation.
"Oh, I just heard something. It might be hail, it might be gunfire," she said. "Either way, I'm going to go take pictures. Bye!"
Fans are now tuned in to watch out for any more spoilers for the upcoming episodes of "The Big Bang Theory."
