‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 5 Spoilers: Major Twists On Rumpbelle - Gaston and A Baby?
"Once Upon A Time" season 5 spoilers are swirling around new plots for Belle (Emilie de Ravin) and Rumpel's (Robert Carlyle) love story, as well as the comeback of Gaston and a potential child.
"Back in season one, Gaston was introduced as Belle's fiancé, and though he tried to win her back from Rumpelstiltskin, Gaston was magically turned into a rose," recalled Christian Today.
Gaston would be played by "True Blood" star Wes Brown replacing Sage Brocklebank.
His scene will be shown as a flashback before Belle met Rumpel. When the couple is reunited on the midseason finale, Belle did not know that her love became the Dark One again.
It was speculated in multiple "Once Upon a Time" season 5 spoilers that the 'Beauty and the Beast' brunette lass will somehow be linked to the arrogant Gaston again or fight for her love with her "Beast," the Dark One.
On the other hand, Emilie de Ravin, the actress who plays Belle, is expecting her first child with boyfriend Eric Bilitch.
The 33-year-old actress took to Twitter to make the announcement earlier this year, "I wanted to share some exciting news...me & @ ericbilitch are expecting a baby!! 'Tis truly a dream come true and we could not be happier," read her tweet as quoted in iDigital Times.
Speculations came whether her pregnancy might be written into the "Once Upon A Time" script. It is a chance to make Belle a mother in Storybrooke as Ginnifer Goodwin's first pregnancy introduced Prince Neal.
As per Hollywood Reporter, co-creators Adam Horowitz and Eddy Kitsis were asked to include Emilie de Ravin's (Belle) pregnancy in "Once Upon A Time" season 5.
"I would say it certainly looked like Rumpel and Belle re-consummated their marriage, so we'll just have to wait and see, but I would say you're definitely on the right clue trail," Eddy Kitsis said.
'Once Upon a Time' Season 5 premieres Sunday, Mar. 6 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
