Lady Gaga's 2016 New Album To Dish Details On Her Fashion Transformation?
Lady Gaga is set to release her new album this 2016, and the tracks may touch on her fashion transformation from absolutely wild outfits to toned-down elegance.
At the Golden Globes 2016, Lady Gaga won Best Actress for "American Horror Story: Hotel."
"What was nice about playing the Countess is that, it reminded me in my own life and music I am at times playing a character," she told Us Magazine. "And living inside of her was liberating, I'll tell you, because she doesn't give a s-t about anything."
Lady Gaga also talked about the process in making her new album in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
"You know, I am putting out an album this year. I won't tell you when!"
The untitled fifth studio album will be her first since the Tony Bennett collab, "Cheek to Cheek" in September 2014, and her first original record since 2013's "Artpop," which drew mixed reviews from critics and fan alike.
The "Applause" singer shared her insight on her new album this 2016 and how she was looking to be inspired by her old sound.
"Artpop was, you know, the acid-making record. And this record is like - my old self as a cadaver. And I'm just, I'm operating on my old self," she said, according to Bustle.
But Lady Gaga hinted that she's going to look very different for her new album this 2016, whether that would be inspired by The Countess in "American Horror Story: Hotel" or not is still up in the air.
"That's a difficult thing to say, as I don't know that you yet know what I will look like for my next album, as I'm still creating all of those things," Lady Gaga said. "It's something that is a gradual change always with me."
Lady Gaga, however, has not revealed the exact date when her new album will drop this 2016.
