Ariana Granda recently collaborated with former boyfriend Nathan Sykes for a new duet. Does new beau Ricky Alvarez have something to worry about?

"Nathan officially confirmed the exciting news to fans on Jan. 11 when he tweeted a snippet of the song featuring the 'One Less Problem' singer herself," said Hollywood Life. "Not to be outdone, Ariana quickly followed suit, posting her own pink-themed teaser video, along with the caption, '#OverAndOverAgain Jan. 15.'"

Big Sean's ex and the English singer dated for a while but the strain of their long-distance relationship proved too much to surmount, which was the reason for the breakup.

"There was that amazing moment at the start of the relationship where we both convinced ourselves, long distance won't matter. It will be fine. But it was impossible," Celebuzz quoted Nathan Sykes in an interview at that time.

This wasn't the first collaboration for Ariana Grande and Nathan Skyes since their breakup.

Perez Hilton recalled, "In 2013 - before they split - Nathan was featured on Ari's song Almost Is Never Enough, which was on the soundtrack from The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones."

The track, "Almost Is Never Enough," appeared on Grande's 2013 debut album "Yours Truly."

According to Pop Crush, Nathan Sykes released "Over and Over Again" as a single back in October 2015, and he recently hinted about dropping a new version featuring a guest vocalist.

Last April, Nathan described to MTV that "Over and Over Again" is a "nice love ballad."

"I sat there and said, 'I need to write a nice love ballad,' because all these songs are about breakups and near-relationships, like no one loves me," he said. "So I flew out to LA and I was like, 'Yes, I wrote a nice love song,' and it's really sweet. It made me feel a bit nauseous reading the lyrics, I was in a sappy mood."

Ariana Grande and new boyfriend, Ricky Alvarez have gotten pretty close and became official since September. They are keeping their relationship on the down low though and trying to be as private as they can.

For now, however, the relationship between Ariana Grande and Nathan Sykes is strictly professional so boyfriend Ricky Alvarez has nothing to worry about.
