Madonna 'At Her Wit’s End' On Custody Battle Against Guy Ritchie? Rocco Still Won't Return?
The custody battle between Madonna and her ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, is still ongoing in order to win their son, Rocco.
The 57-year-old singer was reported to have a stronger will to have her son back in her place.
A friend of the former couple said that, "She is going to fight, fight, fight, and she is going to fight to the end," according to People Magazine.
The divorced couple started to battle for their son's custody when he decided to stay with his father in London rather than return to his mother in NYC. Apparently, the "Living for Love" singer held to her right to have him back.
Like other mothers, she's allegedly "at her wit's end" with regards to her son's decision.
A source revealed that, "She has been crying constantly over what's going on with Rocco," according to Us Weekly.
However, Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son is firm on the choice he made - to stay with his father.
"This entire thing is 40 percent Rocco and 60 percent Guy," the source added.
While their son is living with his father in London along with Jacqui Ainsley and her children, his mother worries about his education.
Accordingly, their son came up with such decision when the 57-year-old "Like A Virgin" singer confiscated his phone for believing that it's distracting him from doing his schoolworks.
"She is stricter than Guy and Rocco doesn't like it," the source told Hamilton Spectator. "When she took the phone away, it pushed him over the edge."
In the meantime, it was revealed that a Manhattan judge has submitted an order to have him home in December but was interfered by Ritchie's lawyers.
"She is not happy," the source continued. "She is an excellent mother, and people can say whatever they want but her children mean the world to her."
Although Madonna and Guy Ritchie got divorced in 2008, they might see each other again for their scheduled hearing on Feb.3 with regards to Rocco's custody.
