'The Cursed Child' Cast Revealed; J.K. Rowling Approves As Plot To Follow 8th Novel

"Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" cast lineup has been revealed, and follows a plot based on J.K. Rowling's eight novel.

The story was set 19 years after Voldemort was defeated. It will include characters like Harry Potter who will be played by Jamie Parker, Paul Thornley as Ron Weasley and Noma Dumezweni as Hermione.

The known british book author, J.K. Rowling posted on her website, "I can't wait to see Jamie, Noma and Paul bring the adult Harry, Hermione and Ron to life on stage next summer," according to The New York Times.

J.K. Rowling responded to alleged speculations and rumors via Twitter about the new Hermione who replaced Kim Cattrall in a last minute call. She said she was excited about the "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" cast.

"White skin was never specified," according to BBC. "Rowling loves black Hermione," she added on her tweet.

The two-part play of Jack Thorne was directed by John Tiffany. It was based on a new original story of J.K. Rowling's eighth story for the series. It will also be the first to be presented on stage and the company has more than 30 actors, which was reported to be announced soon, according to ComingSoon.net.

The "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" cast are popular in Britain. As of the moment, Parker acts for "Guys and Dolls" of West End productions and has also starred in "The History Boys" movie of Alan Bennett. Thornley has experiences with playing numerous lead characters and for "London Road" film. While, Dumezweni starred in "Linda" for a title role and has won an Olivier award as a best supporting actress for the 2005 film, "A Raisin in the Sun."

The play's previews will be released on June 7, 2016. The part one and two will be showcased on July 30, 2016.
