Global K-pop sensation TWICE has launched their groundbreaking "THIS IS FOR" world tour, introducing an industry-first 360-degree stage format that eliminates traditional barriers between performers and audiences.

The nine-member group kicked off their sixth world tour on July 19-20 at Inspire Arena in Incheon, South Korea, featuring a complete 360-degree venue setup that allows fans to experience performances from every angle. This omnidirectional stage design eliminates a specified front, allowing audiences to view TWICE's performance from multiple angles in a three-dimensional format.

The Incheon concerts sold out completely, with additional seating added due to overwhelming demand. The July 20 performance will be live-streamed via Beyond LIVE with re-streaming on September 6, extending access to global fans.

TWICE has partnered with global multimedia creative studio Moment Factory, known for their work with international artists including Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Ed Sheeran, Madonna, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and U2. Show director Mukhtar contributes directing skills developed from his performer background and major stage experience, including recent participation in Super Bowl halftime shows with Kendrick Lamar and Usher.

The members acknowledged the challenge in recent interviews, explaining how they've been rehearsing extensively with custom-built practice sets to master the 360-degree performance format without traditional stage equipment.

Following Incheon, the tour spans 13 cities across Asia and Oceania. The tour includes stops in Osaka (July 26-27), Aichi (August 23-24), Fukuoka (August 30-31), Tokyo (September 16-17), Macao (September 27-28), Bulacan, Philippines (October 4), Singapore (October 11-12), Sydney (November 1-2), Melbourne (November 8-9), Kaohsiung (November 22), Hong Kong (December 6), and Bangkok (December 13-14).

The tour is currently set to have 23 shows in Asia and Oceania, with more shows to be announced later, representing only "Part 1" of what promises to be TWICE's most extensive global tour.

TWICE's fourth studio album "THIS IS FOR," released on July 11, claimed the No. 1 spot on the Hanteo Weekly Album Chart for the week of July 7 to July 13, 2025. The original Korean article mentioned additional success on Circle Chart weekly rankings, demonstrating strong domestic and international appeal.

The achievement adds to an impressive list of milestones, including top 5 placements on both the U.S. and Japan iTunes Top Albums Charts on release day.

TWICE's previous "Ready to Be" world tour attracted 1.5 million fans across 51 shows in 27 locations, establishing them as major stadium headliners. The group became the first K-pop girl group to sell out and headline SoFi Stadium and MetLife Stadium in the United States.

The "THIS IS FOR" tour represents TWICE's continued innovation in live performance, positioning them at the forefront of concert production technology while celebrating nearly a decade of global success as they approach their 10th anniversary in October 2025.
