BIGBANG Stuns VIPS As The YG BG Make Their Long-Awaited Comeback With ‘Still Life’!

BIGBANG has arrived: YG Entertainment's K-pop legends have finally returned and their comeback is hauntingly beautiful.

YG Entertainment previously confirmed that BIGBANG has finished the filming of their music video for their upcoming new song. Hearing this, netizens and fans of the K-pop boy group became extremely hyped.

Notably, 2022 has been filled with ups and downs for BIGBANG beginning in February as YG Entertainment revealed that they and T.O.P have decided to part ways. Though the K-pop idol will still be a part of the BIGBANG's activities if schedules align.

Not long after that, a poster containing details of BIGBANG's comeback was posted online and it showed the date for the YG K-pop group's return. The poster was a blank polaroid photo, making fans curious about what BIGBANG's concept will be.

BIGBANG's upcoming comeback will be the K-pop boy group's first comeback in four years since their last musical release which was in March of 2018 and now, the wait is finally over. 

Today on the 5th of April at midnight KST, BIGBANG dropped the music video for their new single "Still Life." The comeback is quite sentimental as "Still Life" is filled with nostalgia as it is organic and feels warm. Bonus points, G-Dragon and T.O.P helped in composing and writing the lyrics for the BIGBANG's comeback.

BIGBANG also made use of the melody of a band, featuring a timeless harmony paired with powerful lyrics. Their comeback shows the cadence of time via the seasons as G-Dragon, T.O.P, Taeyang, and Daesung look back on their younger years.
