Oh My Girl’s Arin & TXT’s Soobin Release Emotional Statements On Leaving ‘Music Bank’ As MCs!
Just very recently, TXT's Soobin and Oh My Girl's Arin had their last day on KBS 2TV's "Music Bank" as MCs and the iconic pair both gave their final thoughts on parting ways.
The duo has been hosting the weekly music show for almost more than a year and the legendary "Akong" duo gave their farewells on the 1st of October episode of "Music Bank," TXT's Soobin and Oh My Girl's Arin's final episode as MCs.
The next day on the 2nd of October, Oh My Girl's Arin went on her personal Instagram to post an update of her photo with Soobin with the "Music Bank" trophy with a heartfelt message. Another update showed a video of the production staff of the show giving Arin a farewell gift.
Alongside adorable emojis, Oh My Girl's Arin captioned the post:
"Thank you for loving the Akong MCs for a year and two months, a time period that could be considered both short and long... I'm suddenly reminded of when we first began as Akong MCs... I was clumsy and lacking in many ways, but thank you for loving us. I had a lot of fun and was really happy during this time. Thank you."
TXT's Soobin also released an emotional message through his label, Big Hit Music. The TXT member noted, "I was really happy during the time that I spent as a 'Music Bank' MC. I met many senior and junior artists close up, and it was a time during which I learned a lot and was able to grow."
Soobin added that he wanted to sincerely thank the production team of "Music Bank" for always greeting and taking care of him and Arin. The TXT member also thanked the viewers of the show! Soobin concluded that he will always be cheering on "Music Bank" as a viewer.
Beginning next week, ENHYPEN's Sunghoon and former IZ*ONE member Jang Wonyoung will be the new MCs of "Music Bank."
