As of writing this article, yesterday on the 1st of September, in an episode of "You Quiz on the Block," So-Ones (the fandom name of Girls' Generation) were given an amazing treat as all eight members of Girls' Generation made a special guest appearance on the tvN show.

Notably, even though the members of Girls' Generation regularly hangout, it was not easy for the girls to make a group appearance on a show. But it was revealed that Sooyoung and Tiffany took the lead in having all the members of Girls' Generation agree to the guest appearance.

In the show, the members of Girls' Generation talked about how they felt regarding the age gap with the younger K-pop artists today.

YoonA expressed, "When I'm talking to junior artists, they'll talk about old variety shows and say, 'I really wish I could have gone on that show,' and I'll think to myself, 'But I actually did go on those shows.' On one hand, I'll sort of want to brag about it, but I'll also think, 'The moment I say this, they'll realize just how long I've been working in the industry.'"

As per Yuri, when younger singers tell her that their moms were huge fans of Girls' Generation, it made her wonder how their generations align.

Moreover, Girls' Generation also talked about a possible comeback. The host of the show, Jo Se Ho, asked Girls' Generation regarding making a comeback as a complete girl group.

"We always say this, but we're always open to it," YoonA shared, smiling.

Yoo Jae Suk then explained that since it is Girls' Generation's 15th anniversary next year, it would be the perfect time to do something as a group.

"I guess we'll have to do it now, since Yoo Jae Suk said so," Sunny noted.

A Girls' Generation comeback next year is something that would truly make waves across the entertainment industry.
