This Is Not A Drill: The BTS Meal Is Now Available at McDonalds
BTS fans stormed and ordered in their nearest McDonald's branch as it has confirmed that the highly anticipated "BTS Meal" is now available. This is a collaboration of McDonald's and BTS that fans have been looking forward to since it was announced to the public last month.
The meal can be ordered both for dine-in and takeout orders. You may also deliver them to your home or office via the McDonald's App. Take note that availability and price of the BTS meal would depend on your location. The meal is sold in over 50 countries.
For those who are curious of what you'll get in the BTS meal, you will have the 10-piece Chicken McNugget, medium World Famous Fried, Medium-size Coke, and dipping sauces of Sweet Chili and Cajun.
With this massive partnership, it goes to show that BTS is without a doubt one of the most popular, and sought-after K-pop boy band groups so far.
Recently, McDonald's Philippines introduced the "Taste Of Korea" menu which was available for a limited time. The Philippines is home to huge fans of K-Pop and Korean culture. So, it's no surprise the popular international fast-food franchises would ride along the growing K-Wave.
The "Taste of Korea" menu featured two Korean-inspired burgers (K-Beef and K-Chicken), Strawberry Banana Sundae, and Honey Butter Fries. These were available for dine-in, take-out, and delivery in all McDonald's branches in the Philippines.
BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan made its debut in 2010 under the South Korean record label Big Hit Entertainment. The group consists of the following members: Jimin, SUGA, RM, Jin, Jung Kook, V, and J-Hope.
Their newest song, "Butter" was released on May 21, 2021, at 13:00 Korea Standard Time or 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time. Its label, HYBE reported previously that the single is sure to melt the hearts of ARMYs. As of press time, the official music video for the song is still racking in millions of views on YouTube.
