The scenario felt like it was the Grammys all over again. Fans of the popular K-pop group BTS took to social media crying foul at the BRIT awards for not letting the group win the award for Best International Group.

When BTS was nominated for the 2021 BRIT Awards, ARMYs from all around the world did their best to vote and support our favorite Bangtan Boys. Due to the massive popularity of BTS, most especially with their hit single, "Dynamite," many people thought that this is definitely a sure win. However, the mood turned sour when another group, "The Haim," won the award for Best International Group category.

Of course, fans were furious as they think that the group that won the said category do not have a massive impact as BTS did. The reactions of netizens were almost the same as when BTS did not win any award in this year's Grammys.

BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan made its debut in 2010 under the South Korean record label Big Hit Entertainment. The group consists of the following members: Jimin, SUGA, RM, Jin, Jung Kook, V, and J-Hope.

It was announced by BigHit Music last April that the K-pop group BTS is finally returning soon in May with a new digital single, "Butter." The comeback is scheduled for May 21, 2021, at 13:00 Korea Standard Time or 12 midnight Eastern Standard Time.

It was reported that BTS were spotted filming for what appeared to be an upcoming project. In a forum community post, pictures of the popular K-pop boy group are seen wearing pastel-colored outfits in an outdoor shoot. They were accompanied by staff members that were in the area.

Although this loss may have been very bitter to fans, of course, they will still continue to support BTS until all major music awards finally recognize them as one of the most popular and influential music groups ever.
