McDonald’s Is Releasing A ‘BTS Meal’

McDonald's announced that they have officially partnered with the hit popular K-pop boy band group BTS for a "celebrity meal." The highly anticipated "BTS Meal" will be available on May 26 in the following regions: Canada, Brazil, and the United States. It will also be available in over 50 countries across six continents. The BTS Meal will be available in South Korea officially on May 26.

For those who are curious of what the meal will contain, it will have the group's "signature order" which is 10-peace Chicken McNuggets, Medium-size fries, and softdrinks. Two new dipping sauces, cajun and sweet chili will also be part of the meal, which is inspired by the recipes done by McDonald's South Korea.

With this massive partnership, it goes to show that BTS is without a doubt one of the most popular, and sought-after K-pop boy band groups so far.

Recently, McDonald's Philippines introduced the "Taste Of Korea" menu which will be only be available for a limited time. The Philippines is home to huge fans of K-Pop and Korean culture. So, it's no surprise the popular international fast-food franchises would ride along the growing K-Wave.

The "Taste of Korea" menu featuring two Korean-inspired burgers (K-Beef and K-Chicken), Strawberry Banana Sundae, and Honey Butter Fries. These are available for dine-in, take-out, and delivery in all McDonald's branches in the Philippines.

BTS or Bangtan Sonyeondan made its debut in 2010 under the South Korean record label Big Hit Entertainment. The group consists of the following members: Jimin, SUGA, RM, Jin, Jung Kook, V, and J-Hope. It has already been revealed previously that they are currently working on new songs.

We previously reported that BTS was spotted filming for what appears to be an upcoming project. In a forum community post, pictures of the popular K-pop boy group are seen wearing pastel-colored outfits in an outdoor shoot. They were accompanied by staff members that were in the area.
