'Elle' Has Netflix's 'Sweet Home' Actor Song Kang For Magazine Cover

Netflix's "Sweet Home" actor Song Kang is the newest cover of "Elle" magazine in its February issue. Along with IZ*ONE members Jang Won Young and Kim Min Ju, Song Kang dazzled his first magazine cover since his debut. He displayed great glamour and sophistication. 

The February issue of 'Elle' will have three versions featuring Song Kang and another three versions featuring the IZ*ONE members. Fans and readers will surely be delighted.

Song Kang is a rising star. He has recently taken Netflix viewers by storm as he showed a staggering performance in his hit series "Sweet Home." In an interview, Song Kang talked about how he could still not believe all the popularity he gained. He also mentioned that he only binge-watched the show's final version, and he loved it. The show has taken the top spot in the previous weeks as the most-watched show on Netflix Philippines.

"Sweet Home" is set in an apocalyptic world where people turn into monsters, and humans struggle to survive. Song Kang takes the lead role of a high school student who became suicidal after his family died in a car accident, leaving him depressed and alone in the apartment where he relocated.

The horror show also stars Lee Do Hyun, Lee Jin Uk, and Lee Si Young. It is directed by Lee Eung Bok.

"Sweet Home" already made it in the top 10 of 32 different lists. It reached number one on Netflix in countries such as the Philippines, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and many more. With all this, the show is likely to be renewed for a second season.

Song Kang also appeared on "Love Alarm." Meanwhile, he is working on a new tvN drama "Navillera," based on the webtoon of the same name. Song Kang will be playing Chae Rok, who started ballet late but has an extraordinary talent.
