Khloe Kardashian Book Signing Cancelled Due To Staph Infection Acquired From Hospital?
Khloe Kardashian cancelled her book-signing event due to a minor infection on Nov. 18, according to sources.
The "Strong Looks Better Naked" author reportedly had acquired staph infection and immediately cancelled her book-signing event because of her doctor's advice.
She apologized to her fans through a tweet saying, "Dolls! So sorry I needed 2 re schedule my book signing," according to Us Weekly. "I'm sick & dr's orders are that I need to lay low until we narrow down what's wrong," she added.
Khloe Kardashian had a high fever, a painful lesion on her leg area, and having on and off chills. She was diagnosed with staph infection, which she allegedly acquired from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A where Lamar Odom was confined.
"It's so scary. She's so sick," A source told TMZ.
She is still under doctor's treatment and needed proper rest. Khloe posted a tweet to thank her fans for showing their support from Facebook
Khloe has been under stress from taking care of Lamar Odom who was in a coma because of drug overdose in Las Vegas on Oct. 13. "The Strong Looks Better Naked" author is constantly visiting Odom and supports him for faster recovery.
She was open about the stress she's having about Odom's situation and been in the hospital for almost a month that made everyone tell her, "Khloé, you have to get out of the hospital and just for an hour, go to the gym and do something that's for you," according to Us Weekly. "Nothing's going to happen to Lamar," the statement continued.
She recently withdrew their divorce papers to be at Lamar Odom's side until he recovers and as of the moment, the NBA player has been recovering and has woken up from the state of coma. Although, Khloe became Lamar's support system she is still together with James Harden, which she described as "a very unique situation," according to E! News.
