SHINee’s Minho: TWICE’S ‘Fancy’ Is The Background Music Of My Military Life

SHINee's Minho just got discharged from the Military and shared tales from his time in service.

In his first VLIVE broadcast since discharge entitled "MINHO: I'm Home," he shared his experiences during his service in the Navy to his fans. 

During the live broadcast, Minho shared that TWICE's "Fancy" was popular among his fellow soldiers when it was released in 2018, the same year his enlistment. Many of his fellow soldiers are fans of the JYP girl group. He also shared that "Fancy" was a song he heard a lot in the military and that it was the "background music" to his military life. 

He continued by saying, "I'm grateful to all of Korea's girl groups. You give officers in the armed forces a lot of strength."

Meanwhile, Minho also shared that he felt proud when he took part in military aid to civil authorities. 

Minho said, "I went to help people who had suffered damage because of the typhoon." He added that he even had the opportunity to help an elderly man whose farm had been damaged. "He gave me bibimbap as a snack, and I felt proud," he said.
