Here's Why Prince William Would Never Watch 'The Crown'
Netflix's "The Crown" is currently airing its fourth season and it now covers the timeline that is between 1977 up to 1990. Even though this already includes the time his mother, the late Princess Diana, was part of the royal family, it seems that Prince William has no plans of watching.
According to the Daily Mail, the Duke of Cambridge does not want to watch the series as it shows how his parents' marriage crumbled. The same is true for his brother, Prince Harry. Watching the series would make them too sad. A royal biographer who has interviewed the younger royal also claimed that the Duke of Sussex wants the series to finish before it would reach their time.
Meanwhile, the infamous interview of their mother Diana by Martin Bashir is becoming popular again. This is due to the fact there is an investigation being done on whether the People's Princess was coerced into doing the investigation. When this announcement was given, Prince William welcomed the inquiry, as reported by People. He believes that it is the right step in order to determine the truth that led to his mother giving the interview. His younger brother, Prince Harry, has not made any statement about the said investigation.
