Korean pop sensation BTS is collecting achievements day after day. After receiving the prestigious Order of Cultural Merit award from the Korean government, the boys and their longtime collaborator Steve Aoki will release a new song anytime within the day.

Aoki dropped a teaser of the new collaboration yesterday and teased fans that the whole song will be released on Thursday. The record producer tweeted that a new collaboration with BTS is coming very soon. He also shared a preview of the song and shared the hashtag #WasteItOnMe. Moreover, the music producer/DJ also changed his profile name on Twitter as "Waste It On Me Aoki."

"Surpriseeee we're back! got a new collab w/ my brothers @BTS_twt coming at u tomorrow!! who wants to hear it now?? Tweet #WasteItOnMe to unlock a preview!" he tweeted.

BTS's fans have been speculating about the new Bangtan Boys' song for a few days now after a mysterious billboard was spotted in Los Angeles over the weekend. At first, the billboard showed seven multi-colored circles and a BTS word below it. Another circle is seen below BTS.

Fans immediately gave out their theories on social media that it could be a collaboration with a new artist. When the letter "A" appeared beside "BTS," many thought it could be a collaboration with Ariana Grande. The letters slowly appeared until it spelled "BTS and." Then Aoki tweeted about the new project with the Korean pop idols.

There have been reports that "Waste It On Me" will be sung entirely in English. It will be part of Aoki's upcoming album, titled Neon Future III, which will be out on November 9. BTS and Aoki have previously worked together on their remix of "MIC Drop" and he also produced the song "The Truth Untold" on BTS's latest album Love Yourself: Tear.

Meanwhile, Aoki talked about the BTS's achievements and his relationship with the septet in his recent radio interview. The musician praised the K-pop group for what they have achieved so far.

"We live in America. We live in the United States where the primary language is English. There's never been a K-pop artist that has crossed over and have been requested and had sold out stadiums across the United States - when their language is not English.

This is one of those phenomena that doesn't happen all that often. It's an incredible thing to see and to be part of and watch. And I'm so honored to be able to work with these guys. They're amazing guys," he told radio station 98 PXY in New York.

The most recent history that Jin, Suga, J-hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook had made was when they received the Order of Cultural Merit award from the Korean government on Wednesday. The group is the youngest recipients of the award, which is given to a person who has rendered the country an outstanding meritorious service in the fields of culture and art in the interest of promoting the national culture and national development.
