MAMAMOO's very own Hwasa has surprised her fans with a cover of Camila Cabello's "Havana," and they loved it. Hwasa has received praise from netizens, and many are asking for more covers from the K-pop idol.

Hwasa sang Cabello's hit song "Havana" while chatting with fans on a V Live broadcast. The clip of Hwasa singing Cabello's song was also shared on Twitter. The Korean singer's cover was posted just before she dropped the music video of her solo song, "Be Calm."

While talking to her fans, she sang a few lines from the songs that she loves to listen to like Amy Winehouse's "Love is a Losing Game." Then the viewers requested for her version of "Havana". At first, she sings a few lines from the song. Fans then asked her to sing the longer version.

Hwasa has confessed that she doesn't know the lines to the song very well, but she's still happy to oblige her fans The K-pop idol sang "Havana" while reading the lyrics off of her phone.

"Havana, ooh na-na / Half of my heart is in Havana, ooh-na-na / He took me back to East Atlanta, na-na-na / Oh, but my heart is in Havana / There's somethin' 'bout his manners /
Havana, ooh na-na," she can be heard singing.

Hwasa's version of "Havana" began trending online. Some fans on Twitter asked for a full cover of Cabello's song and more covers from her.

MAMAMOO's Hwasa Drops Music Video For "Be Calm"

After she charmed her fans with a cover of Camila Cabello's "Havana," the 22-year-old female band member dropped the music video of her song "Be Calm."  The lyrics of her song were also penned by Hwasa herself.

"Be Calm" is one of the tracks in MAMAMOO's new mini-album, Yellow Flower. During her V Live broadcast, Hwasa explained how the "Be Calm" MV was created. She said that it all started out as her pet project and that they only originally planned to make a video for the first half of the song.

Meanwhile, MAMAMOO also released the music video teaser for another track from the Yellow Flower album, "Everyday." The girls are seen in a spring-themed clip while posing in different pastel-colored backgrounds.

The song is a thank you piece by MAMAMOO to everyone who supported "Starry Night," the title track of their recent mini-album. The latest EP marks the beginning of MAMAMOO's "Four Seasons Four Colors" project where each member will have a chance to showcase their individuality. Wheein is slated to release a solo album through this project. Solar will be having her first solo concert soon.

"Everyday" will be out on March 30 at 6 p.m. KST. Mamamoo's sixth mini album, Yellow Flower, was dropped earlier on March 7, 2018.
