Is Amber Heard Really Dating Sean Penn?

Amber Heard was recently spotted with Sean Penn at Sunset Tower Bar in Los Angeles looking so smitten with each other. Following her divorce from Johnny Depp, has Heard finally moved on?

Heard's legal marriage with Depp ended tumultuously last year after an allegation of abuse. However, the Pirates of the Caribbean actor denied all the claims against him. While Depp mainly focused on his career and other legal issues, Heard also got linked to 46-year old billionaire Elon Musk, a South African-born Canadian American business tycoon. They reportedly dated for some months before calling it quits.

Heard and Penn were seen being flirty with each other

Now it seems the Magic Mike XXL actress seems to have fallen in love with the Academy Awards-winner Penn. According to Page Six, the actress just shared a romantic dinner with the actor. 

An insider said that Heard and Penn looked like they were on a date. Based on the report, they shared a bottle of red wine and were spotted very flirty and intimate with each other. 

The website further added that their bonding took place after the 31-year old actress had graced the WME's Oscar party. It was also attended by her former beau Musk, who was seen quite away from her with other celebrities like Tobey Maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio. The beautiful actress was then noticed exiting the glittery WME party alone shortly afterward. The insider noted that she was clad in the same dress she wore for her date with Penn.

Will she finally make it official?

If the insider's reports are to be believed, Heard and Penn will take some more time to declare that they are dating. Previously she took time to declare her relationship with Musk and Depp.
