Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) Latest Leak Shows Front Panel With Dual Front Cameras And Thin Bezels
Samsung aims to release a latest Galaxy A8 smartphone with thin bezels in the coming days. The upcoming smartphone has been leaked in a set of pictures, revealing the front panel of the device. Samsung right now uses the 'Infinity Display' on the Galaxy S8 that has the aspect ratio of 18:5:9. The next-generation Galaxy A8 (2018) is expected to come with a similar aspect ratio.
The leaked front panel of Samsung is Galaxy A8 (2018) coming by the courtesy of GizChina, which reveals two circular cutouts that point to a dual-selfie camera setup on the Galaxy A8 (2018). Interestingly, companies like Asus and Lenovo have opted for two front-facing camera sensors in the recent past, but Samsung hasn't yet brought any such hardware tweak. The South Korean company did reveal the Galaxy Note 8 with a dual rear camera setup earlier this year and brought the Galaxy J+ as an affordable dual-camera smartphone back in September, as reported by Gadget360.
Like the Galaxy S8, the Galaxy A8 (2018) is going to have thinner bezels on the top and bottom of the display. The Galaxy A8 (2018) also do not have a physical home button on the front that means it will reside on the rear side of the device, as reported by Indian Express.
As far as the specifications are concerned, there's not much to see in the leaks about Galaxy A8 (2018). However, Samsung is likely to make the Galaxy A8 (2018) official at the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January next year.
Interestingly, the South Korean tech giant also has plans to launch the both Samsung Galaxy A5 (2018) and Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) together. The Galaxy A8 (2018) has recently been reported to have already received FCC certification, so the launch is not far from now.
