TWICE's 'Likey' Lands First Spot on 'M! Countdown'
TWICE's jaunty song "Likey" lands the number one spot for the third week of November on "M! Countdown". Taking the top place, TWICE's charm and outstanding performance managed to beat Seventeen's "Clap".
As seen on "M! Countdown" this week, TWICE slammed the stage with their fifth music show featuring "Likey" for the win. According to Soompi, this event also marks the female idol group's 50th music show win since their debut.
Broadcast by Mnet, "M! Countdown" is a South Korean music program broadcast that airs live every Thursday at 6:00 PM KST. The show has been featuring the trendiest, most popular artists live on stage since July 2004. However, Mnet confirmed "M! Countdown" will not be airing for 3 weeks to prepare for the "2017 Mnet Music Awards", All Kpop reports.
Forbes acknowledged TWICE as an impressive girl group that continues to prove that they're no one-hit wonder. Moreover, TWICE continue to showcase their charm and talent by crossing 50 million hits within 10 days of dropping "Likey".
