The British rock band The 1975 will have a new album in the works and even embark on a national tour in their home country UK according to Noise 11.

The 1975's new album is titled "I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it" which will also serve as the band's second album. They previously released the first single off the album titled "Love Me," and the national tour will start this month with tickets to be available for purchase on Friday, Nov. 13.

The indie rock quartet is composed of Matthew Healy on vocals and guitar, Adam Hann on guitar and keyboards, George Daniel on drums and Ross MacDonald on bass. The band formed in 2002 and made four EPs prior to the release of their self-titled debut album in September 2013 which received generally positive reviews from music critics.

Their newest single "Love Me" has a different vibe compared to their earlier releases such as "Girls," "Heart Out," and "Sex." While it has the same catchy sound compared to their previous works, "Love Me" might probably be the "poppiest" record the band has ever created according to a song review from Gig Wise.

"Love Me" feels like going back to the 80's music scene as the intro will make you dance and get into the groove, yet it still has the unique touch of the band's music thanks to Matty's vocals.

Does this mean that The 1975 might play a different tune for their next album? The band previously took down all their social media accounts prior to the release of "Love Me," which caused massive panic to their fans for the entire 24 hours according to an earlier report from Inquire Live.

The new album of The 1975 is slated to release on February 26 next year under labels Dirty Hit and Polydor.
