Chris Brown and Rihanna attend the 55th Annual GRAMMY Awards at STAPLES Center on Feb. 10, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.

On June 25, Sunday, former couple Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran attended the 2017 BET Awards at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. The people behind the awards ceremony made special arrangement to accommodate the restraining order of the latter against the former.

Before the 2017 BET Awards, Tran was informed that Brown would be one of the performers. During his performance, producers moved her to a holding room to make sure they are 100 yards apart, sources told TMZ.

While in the holding room, Tran did not watch Brown's performance. It seemed that Brown also tried to avoid getting near her as he stayed backstage and never sat in the audience.

Tran did not attend the ceremony alone. She was with her current boyfriend Quavo, who is one of the three members of the hip hop group Migos.

Like Brown, Quavo was one of the performers of the night. Tran's current boyfriend performed "I'm the One" with DJ Khaled, Chance the Rapper and Lil Wayne.

At the 2017 BET Awards red carper, photographers were disappointed because Rihanna, who is also Brown's former girlfriend, did not attend the event although she was nominated for Best Female R&B/Pop Artist along with Beyonce, Solange, Kehlani and Mary J. Blige.

There are still no details about Rihanna's whereabouts during the 2017 BET Awards. But on Juen 24, Saturday, she was spotted arriving at Los Angeles International  Airport for a departing flight, Daily Mail reported.

It was Beyonce who won the Best Female R&B/Pop Artist award. Jay-Z's wife had the most awards with five in total, including Album of the Year for "Lemonade," Coca-Cola Viewers' Choice Award, Video of the Year and Video Director of the Year for "Sorry."

Beyonce shared the Video Director of the Year award with her "Sorry" music video co-director Kahlil Joseph. The song was from her sixth studio album titled "Lemonade."
