Eliminated ‘Produce 101 Season 2’ Trainees Open Up About Leaving The Show
As 'Produce 101 Season 2' is approaching its end, only 20 trainees remain to do the final challenge. During the last round of eliminations, 15 trainees were cut and a lot of notable contestants were among them. After leaving 'Produce 101', a handful of eliminated trainees spoke up and shared their thoughts about being a part of the survival program. Many were disappointed, but all of them expressed gratefulness for the opportunity.
'Produce 101 Season 2' youngest trainee Lee Woojin turned to his Instagram page to reach out to fans and viewers. The eliminated trainee wrote, "Though you won't be able to see me on the show anymore, I hope to be back on TV soon. Maknae-on-top Lee Woo Jin! Please remember me and I promise to do my best. I love you!" Another eliminated trainee who spoke up was Kwon Hyun Bin. You might remember him for his past controversies on the show. Hyun Bin was previously attacked by netizens for not putting enough effort in group challenges, leading him to delete all his Instagram posts. After being eliminated, he returned with a message, saying, "The love and support you have given me were such a motivation to keep holding on and I thought of you when things got rough. I learned a lot through this show, and I will take it as a great life lesson."
Jang Moon Bok caught everyone's attention with his signature long hair. The trainee has been the receiving end of parodies, criticism, and praise but Jang Moon Bok was never disheartened. After being eliminated, he wrote on his Instagram as well. He said, "I experienced and learned so much being on 'Produce 101 Season 2.' I was able to stand in front of so many people to perform, I became friends with other trainees, and most of all, I was happy to experience what's it's like to stand on stage with other people when I'm so used to being alone."
Noh Tae Hyun is probably one of the, if not the best dancer 'Produce 101 Season 2' has seen. Netizens were surprised to see him eliminated as he was a powerful contender. Noh Tae Hyun posted his own message, saying, "Though I don't know when or where we'll meet again in the future, I will continue to live with the love and affection I've received over the past three months in my heart. Thank you."
