Song Seung Heon And Go Ara To Star In New Fantasy Drama 'Black'
Another fantasy romance drama series is in the works. It has just been announced that actor Song Seung Hun and actress Go Ara are planned to star in the new drama series. The title of the new series is reportedly called “Black” and it will be released by OCN.
After the success of tvN television series “Goblin”, another fantasy series will be released soon. Actors Song Seung Hun and Go Ara have been offered the lead role of the said new series and they are reportedly still in the talks. The respective agencies of the two actors revealed just recently that they are still looking into their roles. “Voice” producer Kim Hong Sun and the scriptwriter for television series “Iljimae” are already onboard the production.
The up and coming OCN drama series has been revealed to be titled “Black”. It will reportedly be a story about a grim reaper who has lost his memories as consequence of possessing a human being’s body after falling in love with a human woman. Black is the name of the detective possessed by the grim reaper and the woman named Ha Ram can see the shadows of death. The grim reaper role has been offered to Song Seung Heon and his love interest will be portrayed by Go Ara.
OCN has stated “Black” to premiere in October 2017. It will follow another upcoming OCN drama series called “Save Me”, which will start airing next month and stars 2PM member Ok Taecyeon, Seo Ye Ji, Woo Do Hwan, and Cho Seong Ha. Once the cast is finalized, "Black" will be Go Ara’s latest acting stint since landing the lead role in KBS2 drama series, “Hwarang; The Poet Warrior Youth”. Meanwhile, this will be Sung Seong Hun latest work this year since taking a break from television series for four years. The actor recently starred in the SBS series, “Saimdang, Light’s Diary”, which aired from January 2017 up to May 2017.
