'Produce 101' Season 2: MNET Asks For Help, What Could Be The New Boy Group's Name?

Just recently, "Produce 101" Season 2 asks everyone for help as the hit reality show announced that they would need a group name suggestions for their 11 remaining trainees. The said hopeful would be having their debut real soon and MNET would want to have a name that is really remarkable and interesting. Moreover, during the first installment of the show, it was remembered that "Produce 101" chose I.O.I or 'Ideal of Idol". With that, fans are very curious: what could be the official name of the boy group for this season?

According to All Kpop, the announcement happened through "Produce 101" official homepage. The said news raked in more than 1,300 entries ever since it was released last May 26. Few names that received so much attention including "I.M.I", which was derived from "It's Me (Pick Me). Also, "1oi" inspired by I.O.I and "Produce 101" was one of the favorites. Other than that, "B.O.I"., "N. pick" and "Choice 11" were also some of the top choices.

It was revealed that all suggestions would be accepted up until June 16. Once the name has been decided, all rights would be going to CJ E&M with regards to it. With that, fans are extra excited with the announcement of the official name for the boy group of "Produce 101" Season 2.

Meanwhile, Soompi reported that the recent elimination of Yoo Hoe Seung on the show brought in so many tears to the viewers and his supporters. In the recent post of his agency, the former trainee gave a heartfelt letter to everyone who made his journey on the show worthwhile. As the caption stated:

 "This is a letter from Yoo Hoe Seung, who has been with national producers for seven weeks since April. Thank you for giving him so much love during these seven weeks, and please continue supporting him in the future." With that, fans are hoping that they would see more of Yoo Hoe Seung on the entertainment industry.
