The company reportedly took to China's version of Facebook, Weibo to announce the news. They even posted an image with the announcement, however; no details regarding the smartphone had been revealed back then. Nonetheless, that hasn't stopped the rumour-mill from churning away. According to a report published by The Mobile Indian, the OnePlus 5 smartphone was recently spotted on a bench-marking website called AnTuTu and GeekBench. Several key-details regarding the OnePlus 5 smartphone had been revealed on the platform as well. As per what has been posted on the website, it is believed that the OnePlus 5 smartphone will run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will house Qualcomm's latest 835 processor with Adreno 540 GPU as well.
This power-packed smartphone is expected to feature a full-HD display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 1920 display pixels. Previously, it had India Today that the smartphone might come with a Quad HD display.
