Build Series Presents Travis Fimmel And Linus Roache Discussing 'Vikings'

"Vikings" Season 5 is rumored to be confirmed. "Vikings" Season 4 recently concluded on a point that has many fans wondering what the show-runners have in store for them in the near future. As far as History Channel is concerned, they sure are keen on extending the show by another season or two. If this indeed turns out to be true then questions like what new characters will join in, how many deaths to expect in   "Vikings" Season 5 and what will the plot sprawl out for its fans, surely remain unanswered. Deadline reported that the "Vikings" Season 5 production will start soon.

It is being widely reported that the "Vikings" Season 5 will not be starring Travis Fimmell. In other words, this will be first "Vikings" season which will not include Ragnar's character. While there is no official confirmation on this news yet, however; it is widely rumored that Ragnar's character will most probably kill off in the upcoming season.

As per the report, "Vikings" Season 5 - Harald, played by Peter Franzen is seen sitting on the crown chair obviously quite to his delight. This clearly indicates that Travis Fimmell is surely no longer going to be the one wearing a crown. Moreover, it was further indicated that Floki, which is played by Gustaf Skarsgard is going to be shown discovering Iceland post being washed up to the place after coming face-to-face with a vicious storm.

If what is mentioned above is true then it sure is not good news for Lagertha's character which is played by Katheryn Winnick. In the fourth season of "Vikings", it was revealed that Harald had always wanted to be Lothbrok and rule Norway. And if Harald becomes the king then it is certain that he will have to battle it out with Lagertha as they don't agree with each other too much. Knowing the power Harald has at the moment, Lagertha doesn't have too much of a chance to win against him in   "Vikings" Season 5.

According to another report published by The Inquistr, Heahmund played by Jonathan Rhys Meyers is expected to return with  "Vikings" Season 5.However, whether he will be a villain or a hero in disguise remains to be seen.
