One obviously will be smaller in size than the other and may be placed in a lower-price category. Moreover, there are chances that Apple might bundle a new Apple Pencil 2 along with the product. Apple iPad Pro also rumored to sport USB-C Type for connectivity and 4K display.

Apple Must recently published a report that suggested that the iPad might feature a new folding-technology. Moreover, chances are high that the device might sport a bezel-free screen too.
