An upcoming "Running Man" episode will unveil something surprising about one of its cast members. Song Ji Hyo's voracious eating habits will be put on display in the long-running SBS show.

Avid fans of the variety program "Running Man" have seen various sides of Song Ji Hyo from a pretty actress to a strong contender during missions. However, an upcoming episode of the SBS show will transform the South Korean into an eating monster. In the latest teaser clip, as obtained by Star News, the "This Week, My Wife is Having an Affair" will be seen scarfing down several delicious Taiwanese goodies.

Song Ji Hyo, along with fellow cast members Haha and Yang Se Chan, is set to explore Taiwan to complete the next phase of their global project. Part of a special "Running Man" mission, the show's eight members were split into three teams where each group was sent to South Korea's Jeju Island, Taiwan and Japan to accomplish several challenges.

For the Taiwan team, Song Ji Hyo, Haha and Yang Se Chan enjoyed a hearty feast of famous local delicacies from noodles to stinky tofu. Despite having to eat several plates and bowls of food, the South Korean actress voraciously tried out every dish. Her hearty appetite even surprised the "Running Man" cast members especially when she consumed the soup from the stinky tofu dish.

Meanwhile, the upcoming "Running Man" episode will also feature the challenges that Song Ji Hyo's other cast members will experience in South Korea and Japan. The Jeju team, comprised of Lee Kwang Soo and Kim Jong Kook, will have a hard time completing their mission due to the stormy weather.
