Gionee S10 Spotted On GFXbench With 4GB RAM And Helio P10, Releasing On May 26
Gionee S10, which is the successor to the Gionee S9, has been spotted visiting GFXBench revealing some of its major specs. A few days ago, Gionee's upcoming smartphone was also spotted on TENAA certification.
The smartphone was listed with the model name 'Gionee S10B.' Similar to its predecessor, the Gionee S10 is said to feature a dual camera setup. It's, however, worth noting that the TENAA listing showed the presence of a 13MP + 13MP combination on the rear while the GFXBench indicates the presence of only a 12MP sensor. At the front side, the smartphone will be having a 16MP camera.
The Gionee S10 will be having a metallic unibody design and will boast a 5.5 (inches) full HD display with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The handset will come powered by an Helio P10 SoC, with an octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz, alongside 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The listed smartphone is said to come with expandable storage up to 12GB via MicroSD card, as per The Android Soul.
The GFXBench listing also confirms that the upcoming Gionee S10 smartphone will be running on the on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat OS. Though the battery capacity is not mentioned in the listing, the previous leak suggests that the device will be backed by a 3700 mAh battery. The smartphone will measure 154.5 × 76 × 7.6 mm and weighs around 176.6 grams. Upcoming Gionee S10 is also expected to have a fingerprint scanner like its predecessor has.
The Gionee S10 is expected to be launched on May 26. However, the pricing information of the smartphone is yet to be known. For now, it is said that upcoming smartphone will be available in two color variants, which are, gold and black. We will get to know more about it in the near future as we approach its launch.
