The official synopsis for "Riverdale" Season 1, Episode 11 explores what happens when "Riverdale" returns after a week-long hiatus this week. Betty is busy with overseeing Reunion and Homecoming weekend; however, Alice wants her to be by her side as she investigates Jason Bloom's murder.

Meanwhile, according to TV Line, Mark Consuelos has been roped in to play Hiram Lodge, Veronica's father. Hiram is described as "a ruthless, handsome, charismatic businessman who is coming back to Riverdale after weathering a financial scandal that almost destroyed him. He is there to reconnect with his wife Hermione and, especially, his daughter Veronica, who is the apple of his eye."
Elsewhere, Molly Ringwald, who plays Archie's mom, spoke with ET Online and shared the pieces of advice she has for the young cast at "Riverdale." She tells them to have fun and work hard. Also, be "very mentally stable and have a good family." "I feel like all the issues are really the same, [but] the tools to express are different now. I didn't have the internet, which is a huge difference. [I] didn't have Instagram or Snapchat," the actress said.
