In "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 8, Episode 21 Hetty gets connected to her former Vietnam War colleagues. Hetty, Admiral AJ Chegwidden and Admiral Sterling Bridges reunite to solve a case that involves a corrupt official from the office of Veterans Affairs. The administrator abruptly disappeared. Upon investigation, it is discovered that he was misusing the government funds. As they dig deeper into the case, they discover that the officer has been kidnapped by a highly decorated Navy Commander.
