Super Mario Maker's creator Nintendo just announced that a major patch will take place in November. Scheduled Nov. 4, the update will introduce a few features which will smoothen your staging and building experience,  reported by Cinema Blend.

The patch will fix one of Super Mario Maker's biggest glitch; this would be the inadequacy of mid-level checkpoints. This will enable players to add a checkpoint flag by shaking the arrow button on the screen.

When the player loses, they start back where the flag has been planted. To be able to upload this, the player has to complete the rest of the level past the checkpoint flag. This prohibits trolls from resting a checkpoint flag on top of a pool of lava or spikes.

You can also expect, sometime next week, the inclusion of Event Courses in the Course World online hub; The addition factors in levels from partners outside Nintendo. Ship Love from Facebook's hackathon event in Menlo Park is incorporated,  Nintendo Everything revealed.

Facebook is the first outside partner in the United States to design a level for Super Mario Maker. Their employees were given the opportunity to think of designs, and later presenting their creations to a panel of judges before selecting the winning level, according to Nintendo.

The final round of the Omegathon event featured the winner's level at this year's Penny Arcade Expo.

In Super Mario Maker's Course World, players will find a new Official Makers section; which contains specially selected courses. Some are created by Nintendo.

Also, the renovation includes a tougher version of Gnat Attack; reliant on Mario's state, players will be able to insert power-ups. Attaching a Super Mushroom to a Fire Flower and placing it inside a block, will let a Mario receive the super Mushroom when small, and a Fire Flower for the bigger Mario.

Super Mario Maker was released on Wii U this September.
