'Beauty And The Beast' 2017 Movie Closes In On A Billion Box Office Hits, 'The Boss Baby' Second Week On Top!

Walt Disney's 2017 "Beauty and the Beast" featuring Emma Watson continue the global Box Office domination. Along with this Disney's beast movie is the DreamWorks Animation's "The Boss Baby" which also remained in the top spots for the second weekend in a row.

The 2017 "Beauty and the Beast" movie adaptation closes in on $1 Billion worldwide box office hits. On its fourth week, the movie is still climbing toward the Billion hits, adding an approximated $25 Million as its domestic hit topped $430 Million and another $36.1 Million on international theater. As of now, the movie earned a total of over $975 million worldwide.

According to Coming Soon report, With its domestic $432.3 Million box office gross, "Beauty and the Beast" is now in the all-time Top 15 of highest grossing domestic films, just behind on Steven Spielberg's "E.T: the Extra-Terrestrial." However, with a $36.1M weekend hits, the beast movie down from its No. 1 spot to No. 3 in the session. Along with the top are the "Ghost in The Shell" with $41.3M and "The Boss Baby" with $37.5M weekend gross.

"The Boss Baby" movie by Fox and DreamWorks Animation added another $37.5 Million in international screen this weekend, bringing its offshore total to $110 million. According to the source, the movie gets hits in the following regions, $24 million hits in Russia, $12 million in Mexico, and $10 million in the United Kingdom and France.

Disney released the "Beauty and the Beast" last month with a total budget of $160 Million. The movie is expected to reach its Billion gross hits these coming weeks. On the other hand, the DreamWorks' 2017 movie, "The Boss Baby" was released also released last month with a total budget of $125 Million. These movies rated 7.8/10 and 6.4/10 in IMDb respectively.
