2008's "Iron Man" went down in history to be the Marvel film to officially kick off its cinematic universe (MCU). With all three of its films reaching critical acclaim and commercial success, its fanbase has been wondering for quite some time now if there will be an "Iron Man 4."

Quite a number of speculations have been brought up in the past one of which was the alleged confirmation of Robert Downey Jr. That there will be an "Iron Man 4." However, it was mentioned that he will no longer wear any of those Mark Armors if such film installment would surface. Instead, Marvel Comics' new "Iron Man" - Riri Wiliams, is said to be replacing Tony Stark in future films as she will carry the moniker "Ironheart," Mstars News reported.

The name has met a bit of controversy in the past as it was discovered that the name was first used as a title for a Japanese porn movie. Albeit such find, Marvel seemed to have shrugged it off and will keep the name for Iron Man's successor.

Fellow actor, Chris Evans recently spoke with Ellen and spilled some details about Marvel's ambitious film endeavor - "Avengers Infinity War." Evans revealed that his contract will be done after "Avengers 4" in 2019 adding that he will no longer be back as Captain America.

In a statement obtained by the Express, Evans also highlighted that Downey Jr./RDJ is "far closer" to leaving the MCU. He added that he does not have the slightest idea on how the MCU would replace RDJ as Tony Stark and go on saying that he cannot think of any actor who can take on the role. That being said, rumor mills are now spinning that Iron Man will be part of "Infinity War's" death toll.

"Avengers Infinity War" has an initial release date of May 4, 2018, while the possibility of having an "Iron Man 4" is very much unlikely. Watch a couple of videos featuring RDJ and Evans:
