VIXX's Hongbin Ready To Comeback In A New SBS Romantic-Comedy Drama Named, 'Wednesday 3:30 PM'

With successful K-Drama careers achieved by several members of the VIXX K-pop group, Hongbin is also ready to appear in his first romantic comedy. Here is an insight of what the new mini-drama is all about. Hongbin, the member of the popular K-pop boy group, VIXX, is now entering the world of acting once again.

The VIXX member had previously mesmerized his fans through his role in "Moorim School" with Lee Hyun Woo in 2016. According to SBS Plus, VIXX's Hongbin will portray as the lead actor in the upcoming mini SBS romantic comedy drama strangely called as, "Wednesday 3:30 PM" scheduled to air on April 5, 2017.  SBS Plus will pair Hongbin with Jin Ki Joo who is a model-turned-actress. Jin Ki Joo has also worked in other SBS dramas like "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Goryeo."

SBS's latest mini-drama "Wednesday 3:30 PM" features a story that starts with friendship and later turns into love between the lead actors. Such genres are quite popular among fans, so the company looks forward to it with high hopes.

"Wednesday 3:30 PM" introduces to a plot where Jin Ki Joo is a woman who was left by her boyfriend. But, she does not give up right there and aims to win him back. For that, she tries to make him jealous with the help of a close friend which will be portrayed by Hongbin. She implies a strategy using her social media account to develop a fake account on Instagram that portrays her love towards her fake boyfriend.

She and Hongbin are going to play the role of childhood friends which will unfold to develop as a love story as the story continues. They even start to live together which makes them even closer to each other.

What else is planned for the two and how will the story continue will all be clear once "Wednesday 3:30 PM" premiers for the audience. Let's hope VIXX's Hongbin does a great job, we wish him the best of luck!
