The most anticipated and biggest awards night of the year took place last February 12, 2017 at Los Angeles. The 59th Grammy Awards has always been a big night for the people in the music industry. It's not just a time to shine and showcase great talents but also a time for them to bring home awards they deserve. However, just like any awards night, the limelight of the show is always those who took home the cup, the major awards. After all, this is a night of harvesting the prize for the crops you planted.

The 59th Grammy Awards marked Adele's most spectacular night. The performer, who received most of the huge awards, has shed tears for not less than thrice for receiving most of the biggest and final awards of the night. As stated by Vox, the singer took home the following major awards: Record of the year, Song of the year and the Album of the year. She also won the same awards way back in 2012 for her album 21. Despite receiving these awards, Adele expressed, in her most humble and sincere way, that she couldn't accept the Album of the Year award for she believe that her fellow singer, whom she adore so much, Beyonce, should have the award for her outstanding album, Lemonade. Although Adele didn't literally handed down the gramophone to Beyonce, her sincere and kind retorts has brought tears to Beyonce and has captured the hearts of everyone.

The night couldn't also be possibly a remarkable night for everyone, if not for Adele's performances. The awards night commenced with Adele singing her famous song "Hello". Unfortunately, on her second performance there were some mishaps. CNN reported that the singer's performance went awry causing her to swear and request for another performance of the song. Nevertheless, Adele managed to sing beautifully and harmoniously for her own rendition of George Michael's "Fastlove" and dedicated the performance to the late singer. Her marvelous performance gained praises and cheers from the crowd and from fellow artists. Adele surely has a knack of slaying every Grammy Awards.
