The Flash Season 3 News, Rumors And Spoilers: Eddie Thawn Returns

It looks like Eddie Thawne will return to The Flash Season 3 series with photos of Rick Cosnett being on the set of the TV series spreading throughout the internet for the past days.

Eddie Thawne, a cop that was a character in The Flash Season 1, will be reprised by Rick Cosnett and he himself announced that he will be shooting a few episodes of the new series through his Twitter account.

Among the leaked shots from Flash Season 3 is when Grant Gustin (Barry Allen), Candice Paton (Iris West) and Jesse Martin (Joe West) is seen with Rick Cosnett (Eddie Thawne). The photo of Cosnett was also posted by Patton in her Instagram account.

For the avid fans of The Flash, seeing the background of the location is where Iris (Candice Patton) used to work as a reporter. The fans familiarity and trust with Jitters can somewhat be legit since for the past two seasons, the page hardly been used.

So what does the return of Eddie Thawne means to The Flash Season 3? Fans and avid readers of the comic book could attest that this could be another time-travel oriented episode for the cast. Barry Allen's speed is known to turn back time and it was seen in Flash Season 2.

It is also seen that the Flash logo is not seen in Barry Allen's chest, which could mean that this will indeed be another time travel episode since it was recalled that costume was used in The Flash Season 1.

Although, there had been rumors that Eddie Thawn is alive in The Flash Season 3 after the Flashpoint episode. With all the changes, fans are not surprised that Eddie Thawn will also come back to life and the photos leaked could indicate that he is dead in present time.
