‘Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’ News Update: Day One Patch Size Revealed; Two More Announced!
For the "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" news update, the day one patch size has been revealed. There are also two patches to be expected during the first day.
"Assassin's Creed Syndicate", the new title of the Assassin's Creed game franchise, will be released in just a few days. Ubisoft, game publisher has announced a day one patch for the game.
Community manager Gabe Graziani has confirmed on Reddit, a social media board, that the game will only have a small size day one patch. The surprise was it will be two launch patches, according to Gamespot.
The two launch patches will have two different sizes. The first patch, called 1.10, will have 541 MB while the second patch, called 1.11, will have 534 MB, according to the PlayStationLifestyle.net. The total size of those two patches will just be over 1 GB.
"We actually have two patches that will be available on Day 1," wrote Graziani. "The first patch (titled 1.10) will be 541MB, the second (titled 1.11) will be 534MB."
"Not sure where 18 GB came from," he answered when asked of the rumors of the game's update will be 18 GB. "Neither of the patches you will need to download are anywhere near that big."
For those who want to play the game, you need to download the two day one patches first before playing during launch day. Many gaming websites are expecting that the patch will fix some issues that they have encountered with its predecessor, "Assassin's Creed Unity", according to Trusted Reviews.
Day one patches was the norm, but recently some had really large sizes. This smaller sized update is good.
"Assassin's Creed Syndicate" will be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on Oct. 23. The PC version of the game will be released next month, according to Destructoid. That's the new "Assassin's Creed Syndicate" news update.
