Several fans were devastated when it was announced that 2NE1 will be disbanding. Now, new reports are claiming that Sandara Park, CL, and Park Bom are reuniting again for their last song as a group.

2NE1 secretly jetted off abroad to shoot a music video for their one last song on January 3, Soompi reported. A source, however, divulged that Gong Minzy is probably not included in the productions because she is not part of the same agency anymore.

In a statement, YG Entertainment has confirmed that 2NE1 members have decided to get back together again for the last time to properly say goodbye to their avid fans. "The members of 2NE1 were sad that they weren't able to say their final goodbyes to fans after their sudden disbandment, so they've come together for one last song."

The talent agency has later verified that Sandara Park, CL, and Park Bom have recorded and filmed the video for their latest single called "GOOD BYE," which is said to be released on January 21. "2NE1 was much-loved, not just in Korea, but all around the world, and they will be saying their official last goodbyes through this upcoming song."

Reports about the disbandment of 2NE1 started to make rounds since early April last year after Gong Minzy decided to leave the group.  YG Entertainment has revealed in an exclusive statement released to YG-Life that they tried to convince the youngest member of the foursome to stay but to no avail.

The talent agency even stated it had a face-to-face discussion with all the 2NE1 members to discuss the renewal of their contracts. While Sandara Park, CL, and Park Bom have agreed to stay, Gong Minzy said she wanted to leave the group already.

Initially, Sandara Park, CL, and Park Bom have decided to continue as a trio and do their remaining project. However, 2NE1 has shocked fans when it announced its official disbandment in November 2016.
